Life is about learning, understanding myself, finding my strengths and, in the most extreme thinking, discovering the reasons why I would be willing to die.

People are temporary beings marked by a beginning and an end. In this temporality, we seek the ecstasy that gives meaning to our existence. Let us understand that when we talk about ecstasy, we are not referring to any harmful substance, but to the potential that the human being has for his mind and heart to transcend his own existential planes. In other words, it is about being passionate not about one’s own self, but about others and extending it towards a universal existence. Therefore, life is about loving or finding the ecstasy of one’s own life.
Living life is seeking the good of others. The opposite is selfishness. Therefore, the meaning of living is that we do things with and for a feeling that comes from the person themselves who seeks joy in another being, knowing that self-love can only be enriched with the love that is given.
Living involves the use of intelligence to distinguish personal convictions according to fashionable culture from true nature. Living is educating in freedom, it is arguing with reason, avoiding the subjective perception of the truth.
Living is finding the essence of truth, what is and always is, while what may or may not be are accidents. Let’s think about water, whose essence is H₂O, and differentiate it from lemon water, which is properly an accident. The essence does not change according to our opinion, it cannot be questioned, while what I think is a mere accident, unless what I think is the result of delving into the essence of the topic I am addressing.
Living is finding the essence of things and the existing truth. To live is to have a clear concept of the truth. Living is knowing how to differentiate between intelligence and will. Living is aiming for a comprehensive life with family and work dreams. Living is accepting that every act has consequences, therefore, we must take responsibility for our decisions and actions. Living is searching for meaning in our existence.
